The warranty must be registered on the official website of the user, private or company, within 7 days from the first use, or no later than 28 days from the date of purchase.

The warranty will be valid, if accompanied by the purchase document and the document of registration within the aforementioned deadlines.

It is understood that the date to be included in the warranty registration must be the same as the tax document and the warranty starts from the date of issue of the document.


Worn products that will not have compatibility between the date of registration and that of the defect will be rejected.



The Flow warranty lasts 6 months from the date of registration for the professional user and 2 years for the final consumer.



The Hairon warranty lasts 12 months from registration for the professional user and 2 years for the final cosumer.


In the case of instruments for which assistance is requested, used, without the registration of the warranty, the professional warranty (6 months) starting from the date of the sales invoice issued by HAIRGOALS to the distributor will be understood.

to be followed for the activation of the warranty, which, once registered, will protect the owner of the instrument (hairdresser or final costumer) should any anomalies arise.

To the professional costumer, during the validity of the warranty, the withdrawal will be made by Hairgoals directly at the indicated home, the instrument will be repaired or replaced and returned to the same address, at no coast (provided that the instrument does not present anomalies or

damage nor covered by the warranty).

As for the end user, in case of defects or malfunctions, the shipment at the indicated service center, will be at his expense, the return will be carried out by Hairgoals.


In the period in which the instrument is covered by warranty, in case of request for assistance, the user must send an e-mail to  oppure al numero Whatsapp +39 349 175 8299 ed allegare:

- The purchase document;

- The document certifying the activation of the warranty;

- Photos and/or videos of the instrument;

- A document specifying the type of the anomaly found.


The warranty is only applicable in case of material defects and malfunction of the instrument, not attributable to lack of maintenance, incorrect use or accidental damage.
