The warranty must be registered on the official website of the user, private or company, within 7 days from the first use, or no later than 28 days from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/p>

The warranty will be valid, if accompanied by the purchase document and the document of registration within the aforementioned deadlines.<\/span><\/p>

It is understood that the date to be included in the warranty registration must be the same as the tax document and the warranty starts from the date of issue of the document.<\/span><\/p>

N.B.<\/b><\/p>

Worn products that will not have compatibility between the date of registration and that of the defect will be rejected.<\/span><\/p>

FLOW \u00a0<\/p>

The Flow warranty lasts 6 months from the date of registration for the professional user and 2 years for the final consumer.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

HAIRON<\/p>

The Hairon warranty lasts 12 months from registration for the professional user and 2 years for the final cosumer.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

In the case of instruments for which assistance is requested, used, without the\u00a0registration of the warranty, the professional warranty (6\u00a0<\/span>months) starting from the date of the sales invoice issued by\u00a0<\/span>HAIRGOALS to the distributor will be understood.<\/span><\/p>

N.B.<\/b> It will not be possible to provide any assistance in the absence of the<\/span><\/p>

registration.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

In the dedicated section of our website, the procedure is indicated<\/p>

to be followed for the activation of the warranty, which, once registered,\u00a0will protect the owner of the instrument (hairdresser or final costumer)\u00a0<\/span>should any anomalies arise.<\/span><\/p>

To the professional costumer, during the validity of the warranty, the withdrawal will be\u00a0made by Hairgoals directly at the indicated home, the\u00a0<\/span>instrument will be repaired or replaced and returned to the same address,\u00a0<\/span>at no coast (provided that the instrument does not present anomalies or<\/span><\/p>

damage nor covered by the warranty).<\/p>

- The purchase document;<\/p>

- The document certifying the activation of the warranty;<\/p>

- A document specifying the type of the anomaly found.<\/p>

The warranty is only applicable in case of material defects and\u00a0malfunction of the instrument, not attributable to lack of\u00a0<\/span>maintenance, incorrect use or accidental damage.<\/span><\/p>

CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA La garanzia deve essere registrata sul sito ufficiale dall\u2019utilizzatore, privato o azienda, entro 7 giorni dal primo utilizzo, o non oltre 28 giorni dalla data di acquisto. La garanzia sar\u00e0 valida, se corredata dal documento di acquisto e dal documento di avvenuta registrazione entro i termini sopraindicati. Resta inteso che la data da inserire nella registrazione della garanzia  deve essere la stessa del documento fiscale e la garanzia decorre dalla data di emissione del documento. N.B. I prodotti usurati che non avranno compatibilit\u00e0 tra la data di registrazione e quella del difetto saranno respinti. FLOW   La garanzia ha durata di 6 mesi dalla data di registrazione per l\u2019utilizzatore professionale  e 2 anni per il consumatore finale. HAIRON La garanzia ha durata di 12 mesi della registrazione per l\u2019utilizzatore professionale e 2 anni per il consumatore finale. Nel caso di strumenti per cui si richiede assistenza, usati, senza la registrazione della garanzia, verr\u00e0 intesa la garanzia professionale (6 mesi) decorrenti dalla data di fattura di vendita emessa da HAIRGOALS al distributore. N.B. Non sar\u00e0 possibile fornire alcun tipo di assistenza in assenza della registrazione. Nell\u2019apposita sezione dedicata del nostro sito, \u00e8 indicato il procedimento da seguire per l\u2019attivazione della garanzia, che, una volta registrata, tuteler\u00e0 il proprietario dello strumento (parrucchiere o cliente finale) qualora dovessero presentarsi anomalie. Al cliente professionale, nel corso di validit\u00e0 della garanzia, Il ritiro verr\u00e0 effettuato da Hairgoals direttamente presso il domicilio indicato, lo strumento sar\u00e0 riparato o sostituito e riconsegnato al medesimo domicilio, senza alcun costo (sempre che lo strumento non presenti anomalie o danni non riconosciuti in garanzia). Sar\u00e0 sempre fornito tutto il supporto necessario per gestire la pratica sulla email: info@hairgoals.it  Per quanto riguarda l\u2019utilizzatore finale, in caso di difetti o malfunzionamenti, la spedizione presso il centro di assistenza indicato, sar\u00e0 a suo carico, la riconsegna, verr\u00e0 effettuata da Hairgoals.
